Refunds and Returns.

 

Please contact Cherise Vogt on cherise@pinkpiggylifestyle.co.za if you have any inquiries about refunds on spoiled/damaged products.

 

If you would like to return a product:

 

We gladly will accept returns on the following conditions;

Product is still in original packaging we don't accept open goods.

Courier fees or transport fees to pink piggy lifestyle will be for your account.

And should be done in 7 working days.

 

If the product is spoiled:

 

Please keep the product in original packaging and let us know as soon as you can so can rectify the situation.

 

If the product was damaged in transit:

 

We do apologies if your product was delivered to you damaged, please send us photos to help your packing team to improve their tetris skills.
